By accessing and using RC Model Manager ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
RC Model Manager is a mobile application for managing RC (Radio Controlled) model aircraft, transmitters, and related equipment. The service includes both free and premium (PRO) features.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the RC Model Manager application on your personal devices.
The PRO version provides additional features including unlimited aircraft/transmitters, cloud sync, photo attachments, and premium support. PRO subscriptions are billed annually and automatically renew unless cancelled.
All payments are processed securely through Square. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
You agree to:
PRO license keys are personal and non-transferable. Sharing license keys violates these terms and may result in account suspension. Lost or compromised keys cannot be replaced.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data as described in that document.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the application will meet your specific requirements.
In no event shall RC Model Manager be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RC Model Manager operates.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
